| NCDC Season is like a school year. We run from September through June with camps and intensives in July. The
studio is closed during the month of August. Monthly fees are automatically deducted from your check card or
charged to a credit card on or about the first of each month. Tuition is charged monthly regardless of the number of
weeks in the month. We do not charge more for the months with 5 weeks nor do we prorate for vacations or holidays.
Once you have registered you may check your balance due by logging on to your account on our web site or
by calling the studio. |
Drop Policy
You must drop a class by the FIFTEENTH OF THE MONTH to stop the automatic payment due on the FIRST OF
THE FOLLOWING MONTH. CLASSES MUST BE DROPPED IN WRITING VIA E-MAIL OR FAX. There are no
refunds of tuition for classes you’re scheduled to attend whether or not you attend the class, and there are no refunds
for registration fees. E-mails can be sent to info@ncdc.com.
Tiny Tots Classes (Ages 2-3)
Tuition for our Tiny Tots is calculated as follows:
• 0.5hrs./week = $50.00/mo.
• 1.0hr./week = $75.00/mo. |
Registered Students (Ages 4+)
Registered students are those who plan to take classes for the entire school year (September-June). For these students,
there is an annual registration fee of $30 ($50 per family). Tuition is charged on a monthly basis according
the to table below. |

NCDC Ambassador Program
Petites: 3-6 hours + a $32 monthly admin fee
Minis: 4-6 hours + a $32 monthly admin fee
Juniors: 5-7 hours + a $32 monthly admin fee
Teens: 8-10 hours + a $32 monthly admin fee
Seniors: 9-11 hours + a $32 monthly admin fee
Additional fees will be charged for a company warm up suit, entry fees for one convention and one competition,
company photos, plus 2-4 costumes.
Many hours go into the organization and running of the performance groups and the pre-professional division both administratively and artistically. Your admin fee guarantees that professionals are organizing and running each
company. |
NCDC Pre-Professional Division
Trainees: 8-10 hours + a $32 monthly admin fee
Apprentice: 14+ hours + a $32 monthly admin fee
Company: 14 +hours + a $32 monthly admin fee
A $350.00 yearly fee for Trainees and a $700.00 yearly fee for Apprentice and Company will be charged per student for the company fund. This fund will be used to buy all costumes, bringing in outside choreographers, company photos, travel and expenses for choreographers, and to help subsidize the production costs for the yearly concert. (Due upon acceptance of invitation. To set up payments please call the front desk) Other yearly fees include company warm up suit, entrance fees for 1 convention or festival (mandatory) and the company trip (optional). |
Drop-In Students
Classes may also be taken on a drop-in basis depending on availability. The following fees apply:
• 1 hour class drop in fee: $18.00
• 1.5 hour class drop in fee: $23.00 |
